Our dedicated Marine Claims Management Unit is focused on streamlining the claims experience. Our team works directly with you and our carriers to assure timely, accurate response of field and carrier adjusters, and provides the additional support needed to navigate all claims – from basic to complex – through to fair resolution. All throughout the process, you and your clients will be kept up-to-date on progress, from reserve changes to final payment; we will you’re your finger on the pulse.
