- Surveys are required for any vessel older than 10 years of age.
- Boats capable of speeds up to 55 MPH. MGA is not a market for high performance boats.

Comprehensive Package of Yacht Insurance Coverages
Physical Loss or Damage - New Hampshire Insurance Company's Yacht Policy offers agreed value coverage while your Yacht is afloat, ashore, and in transit, for accidental direct physical loss resulting from all risk not excluded, as well as salvage charges.
Insurance coverage applies to the Yacht itself and includes machinery and other equipment required for the operation and maintenance of your vessel. New Hampshire Insurance Company's Yacht Policy also covers losses resulting from a latent defect, excluding the cost of the defective part.
Additional insurance coverages automatically included in every New Hampshire Insurance Company Yacht Policy are comfortable limits for, medical payments, personal effects, towing/emergency services, tender, and uninsured boater coverage.
Liability - We offer the highest limits of liability coverage, up to $5,000,000 for qualifying vessels. New Hampshire Insurance Company's Yacht Policy liability coverage will cover you when you're operating your vessel, or vessels owned by others, that you do not rent.
Pollution Liability
Did you know that under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90), a private pleasure boater can be held liable for accidental Pollution Damage? New Hampshire Insurance Company's Yacht Policy can cover you for accidental spill liability up to $800,000.
Charter Part-time, and/or employed Captain and Crew
Qualifying vessels can purchase coverage for up to twenty charters per year.
Jones Act liability insurance coverage is available if you employ full time and/or part time captain & crew.
Special gear insurance coverage
We provide insurance coverage for rods & reels and other personal belongings while aboard your vessel or ashore as well as electronics equipment coverage with a $500 deductible on every New Hampshire Insurance Company Yacht Policy.
